Fairview Builders originated in July 2008 as a family owned and operated company. It is owned in its entirety by John C. Poore with over 20 years of experience. Fairview Builders brings to the building industry a company with over 58 years of building experience, which includes his father's wisdom from his 40 years of building custom homes. 

John C. Poore worked under the leadership of his father, John R. Poore since he was old enough to work and has cultivated Fairview Builders into his own. He started from the ground up: sweeping and cleaning construction sites, digging footings, onto building million dollar homes. His knowledge and drive in the construction industry has surpassed his age and has amazed his father through the years.
